Our favourite Coffee Shops in Buenos Aires
Our first wish was to meet one of the best baristas in Buenos Aires. Daniel Cifuentes Diaz is an award winning barista and we could easily find his place called Lattente. We needed to wait for him, which we did and it was worth it! We had a great chat over a perfect espresso and cappuccino. Talking about the love for coffee, business and passion in other peoples lives. Like for example the italian cookies he serves, they come from that special passionate baker. He knows how to do the whole coffee experience! A place and barista not to be missed!

Great place to have an excellent cup of Coffee! It seems like Félix Felicis & Co is run by two nice young ladies. Natalia, the owner of Félix Felicis & Co. is a lovely person with whom you can have a nice conversation about coffee. She was so sweet to also recommend another great coffee shop in Buenos Aires to us. Keep up the good work ladies, your cappuccino and espresso are the best!

This hip Coffee Shop is well-known for roasting it’s own coffee beans. We had a delicious cappuccino and espresso at this cool place. We liked the coffee so much we ended up buying a package of their roasted coffee. Many of the other coffee shops, mentioned on this page, also order their coffee from ‘Lab. Training Center & Coffee Shop’. We heard they do two excellent coffee trainings, it’s a pity we didn’t stay longer in Buenos Aires otherwise we would certainly have loved to do a training with them! Their enthusiasm and passion for coffee is contagious!

Beautiful place to have a cup of coffee! The ambiance is warm, it makes you feel at home. We had a real nice chat with Andrés, the barista who served us that day. We ordered a cappuccino and a espresso. Both were delicious! And for the latte lovers among us… the latte art on the cappuccino was perfect! So check out this lovely place because this is one of the coffee shops in Buenos Aires you certainly don’t want to miss!

If you are wandering through the streets of Palermo Soho lookout for this Gem! Daniel from Full City Coffee House served us a perfect cappuccino and espresso made from Colombian Coffee. They are absolutely right when they say in their slogan “No es sólo un buen café’ it’s much more than coffee it’s an experience! If you go to Full City House say hi to Allan, the owner, from us. He’s a great guy and we loved talking to him about coffee 🙂

Nearby the Puerto Madero Waterfront you’ll find this beautiful Coffee Shop. We were made welcome by Owner Maximiliano who made us an excellent espresso and a cappuccino from a Bourbon de Brasil Blend. The style of the Coffee Shop is modern. Lovely place in this part of town.

This ‘new kid on the block’ is open for almost 10 months now and they are doing an excellent job! Patrick, the cute guy on the photo 😉 served us an excellent cappuccino and espresso. He told us they sell coffee from Colombia, Zambia and Bolivia. We particularly liked the Colombian Coffee. So if you’re in the Retiro Neighbourhood, and you crave for a good coffee, check out ‘The Shelter’. You won’t regret it!

Nearby the busy shopping area you’ll find this great coffee shop. The baristas Juan Pablo and Florencia made us a cappuccino and espresso from a Colombia/Brasil Blend and we’ll tell you it was delicious! It had an excellent taste and the cappuccino also had a beautiful latte art. So when you’ve had enough of shopping and you really need some caffeine, check out Barrio Cafetero!
